Tom Brown / Pete Wright Commons

Building image

The Tom Brown/Pete Wright Commons Building serves as a central gathering space for the apartment community. The community takes its name from two former residence halls: Tom Brown Hall, named for businessman Tom Brown, who founded the T.J. Brown and C.A. Lupton Foundation, and Pete Wright Hall, named for L.C. "Pete" Wright, who served as TCU's athletics director beginning in 1922 and as business manager and treasurer from 1932 to 1955.
